The U.S. government requires citizens of certain countries to obtain visas prior to traveling to the United States. Visa forms may now also be obtained and completed online by visiting http://evisaforms.state.gov/. Due to the length of the application process, we strongly encourage you to apply for necessary visas as early as possible. To assist you in the visa process, Green East can provide letters of invitation to registered attendees. After you have registered, please download, complete, and return the Green East letter of invitation request form. Green East can only provide invitation letters to pre-registered attendees. Requests for letters of invitation should be sent as soon as possible and no later than 60 days prior to the show.

Due to the high volume of requests received daily, we fulfill only one request per applicant. Duplicate or multiple requests for the same letter(s) cannot be fulfilled. All necessary information must be provided to process your request.
